Bingbot publishes 28 IP ranges.
Short answer
Microsoft publishes the addresses Bingbot crawls from in bingbot.json; Bing Webmaster Tools also verifies a crawler by reverse DNS (search.msn.com).
What it’s for
Use it to tell the real Bingbot from scrapers that copy its user agent.
