Googlebot publishes 317 IP ranges.
Short answer
Google publishes the addresses Googlebot crawls from in googlebot.json. Google’s own guide also verifies a crawler by a reverse DNS lookup ending in googlebot.com or google.com.
What it’s for
Use it to tell the real Googlebot from scrapers that copy its user agent.
